REALLY FRIENDLY!! Service dept was exceptional. I required a new tranny put in and I had my truck back inside a week. Every thing was covered under warranty. Harves (sp?) is awesome, you really should talk to him. He's very friendly (even towards an unaccompanied female!) and helpful! I live south of Dallas and drove to Grapevine Dodge for the repairs. I knew the reputations of other Dodge dealerships within the region. I've always had fantastic service anywhere I have gone in Grapevine and this was no exception.
